Encounters Film Festival Idents 2020

This project was a collaboration between Falmouth University and Encounters Film Festival, working with recently graduated/ current students to create a collection of 10 seconds idents for 2020 festival. In total 14 small teams put together 16 idents completed in a range of different medias
For this project I was given the opportunity to oversee all 14 teams acting as the project manager/producer. My role included conducting weekly meetings giving out vital information and deadlines that were needed and conferring with People at Encounters to make sure they were happy with the work being produced. Producing this many teams at once was a new challenge that has been overall very successful.
